اليوم اخر يوم عطله راح ارجع دوام بعد اسبوعين عطلا. فاقلت لازم اعمل شي حلو.

For this recipe you will need the following:
syrup
1 cup sugar, half cup water and a squeeze of lemon juice
For the base you will need

300 grams of kataifi shredded pastry
80 grams of melted unsalted butter
For the custard cream you will need
1.200 litres of full cream milk
500 ml of thickened cream
150 grams of white sugar
120 grams of cornflour which makes one cup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For whipped cream you will need
600 ml thickened cream
Icing sugar (according to your taste
crushed almond and pistachio
Method:
Thaw your pastry according to packet instructions
preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Shred the pastry with your hands to become nice and fluffy then spread it in a pan and drizzle the melted butter on top
Bake this at 200 degrees until golden colour

Use the prepared syrup to pour/drizzle over the pastry. I honestly cannot remember how much i poured so you be the judge. I personally don't like mine to be overly sweet.
Custard cream:
In a mixing bowl whisk together 100 ml milk, two eggs and the cornflour. Leave this aside
Add the remaining milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract to a *****ng pot and heat this over medium heat.
Remove it as soon as it begins to boil, slowly pour some of this mixture into the egg mixture while constantly whisking the eg mixture
Transfer the egg mixture into the milk and cream mixture once you had poured half of it.
Allow this to cook on medium heat until it forms a nice thick and creamy mixture
Let this chill somewhere

Whipped cream
Beat the cream on high speed until to becomes soft and fluffy
add icing sugar (again depending how sweet you want this, I probably added 2 tablespoons
and beat again until it is nice and thick

Finally, sprinkle the almond on top of your base, spread the custard cream then the whipped cream and garnish with crashed pistachios
